Robert Romanet has made Phoenix, AZ his home for over 20 years. Relocating from Chicago, IL, growing up in a working class family where his business and work ethic was instilled at a young age, Robert spent years working to learn the construction trade from the ground floor up working with his family and now has over 25 years of experience in the field. Robert comes from a long line of Doctors, pharmacists, nurses and engineers. Robert is a son, a brother, a husband and a father to three children and an uncle to 14 nieces and nephews. He passes on his business ethics and knowledge to his family and colleagues through mentorship as he himself is a product of positive mentorship. Robert goes the extra mile to ensure that that all projects/programs he participates on are successfully concluded and on time and budget.

Robert attended Cactus High School and graduated from Mountain Ridge High School in Glendale, AZ One year early. This gave him a head start in the business world. Robert then attended Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.

After high school and both Arizona and Chicago real estate/business schools, Robert moved back to Chicago in 2001 to focus on real estate development and construction. Robert joined the Chicago’s Carpenter’s Union where shortly thereafter he was promoted to Foreman/Operator and Project Manager at the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters. His skills and knowledge prepared Robert to work, run and oversee some of Chicago’s largest and finest high rises in the City that make up the Chicago skyline. Robert’s business success coupled with his hands on approach has enabled him to oversee 50+ union employees at a time per multiple sites.

Robert is an experienced real estate investor that includes a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Robert is skilled in client negotiation, client and account servicing, strategic planning, multi-family construction, high rise construction and project management, residential home development and team building. Having worked with various local jurisdictions in the development department keeps Robert engaged in current opportunities, housing needs, including developments and new businesses relocating to Arizona.

Robert has created multiple successful general construction companies and investment companies that handle insurance restoration needs, rehab, remodel and new residential/commercial construction. Robert was also part of the effort to assist affordable, workforce and low income housing in both Phoenix and Chicago. Additionally Robert successfully oversaw insurance restoration projects for Ken Cheuvront, former Arizona State Senator, as a general sub-contractor.
